PADS
This type of machinery mounting material is most used to mount the installation or machines. It helps reducing the vibrations in most of non-critical situations. Mounting the support on the floor is usually done with an adhesive but where are cases in which the mounting should be done using floor bolts, collars and washers. Standard size: 1200 x 1200 mm, or can be supplied cut to size. Typical applications: lifts, conveyors, generators, refrigerator plant, vacuum pumps, compressors, machinery with internal out of balance forces (lathes, pillar drills, shapes, saws), machinery with vertical shock load (power presses, slotting machines, guillotines, crushers). Maximum static stress 0.35 MN/m2.

PADS - LOW FREQUENCY
Where attenuation of vibration is the prime factor, this type of pads provide the well-proven scientific answer. These pads isolate disturbing frequencies where expensive rubber-in-shear or spring devices may have been considered. They are flat and naturally stable under compressive stress, therefore side restraints are rarely needed to ensure a sturdy installation. Standard size: 150 x 150 mm. Typical applications: heating and ventilation system with air conditioning units, boiler plant or fans sited near or above inhabited or other critical areas. Maximum static stress: 0.6 MN/m2.

HIGH DUTY MACHINERY MOUNTING MATERIAL:
They have the strength and the resilience to cushion massive impacts, absorb fierce shock loads and attenuate severe vibration from heavy plant. All types are standard available in 1220 x 1220 mm or cut in specific dimensions. Applications: anvil pads on new and existing forging hammer installations, heavy duty buffers... Maximum static stress : 15.00 MN/m2

ADJUSTAMOUNTS
Where accuracy of plant height, gradient or level is important, the adjustamounts provide efficient precision mounting. Swift screw adjustement plus the advantages of resilient inserts, make them popular for mounting any free-standing equipment. Available in dimensions from 65 to 180 mm to fit to a large range of equipments. Applications: transfer systems and conveyors where accurate gradient is required.
